A whole new world...
I've crossed the railway line, and I feel as though I really am in a whole new world. I've moved from (the dodgy end of) Bangsar, one of the expat areas, to Brickfields, the most Indian part of KL.
Just 15 minutes walk away and...

- Clothes shops are mostly full of gorgeous pubjabi suits and saris
- There are stalls everywhere selling brightly coloured flowers
- Most of the restaurants are Indian
- Most of the people I see are Indian
- The music I hear always sounds Indian - to me, anyway
- I haven't found fetta cheese or miso soup mix at the supermarket (I may just not know where to look, but I think it might be more that that...)
